O senador Randolfe Rodrigues (Rede-AP) protocolou, nesta segunda-feira (21), uma ação no Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU) solicitando o afastamento do ministro Augusto Nardes, que teve vazado um áudio de conteúdo golpista.
No áudio enviado pelo WhatsApp a empresários do agronegócio, o ministro do TCU afirmou que “está acontecendo um movimento muito forte nas casernas”. Segundo ele, “é questão de horas, dias, no máximo, uma semana, duas, talvez menos do que isso” para que ocorra um “desenlace bastante forte na nação, [de consequências] imprevisíveis, imprevisíveis”.
Augusto Nardes já foi filiado à Aliança Renovadora Nacional (Arena), que deu sustentação à ditadura militar (1964-1985).
O senador pede que sejam apuradas as condutas dos envolvidos nos apoios a manifestações que buscam um golpe de Estado e que participam da escalada da violência política no Brasil. O ministro do TCU também afirmou que conversou com o presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL), que foi derrotado em seu projeto de reeleição, e que ele estaria “preparado para enfrentar o que vai acontecer no país”.

“(…) Solicita-se que a eminente Corte de Contas se atente a cobrar informações junto ao Sr. Augusto Nardes, para que preste depoimento sobre todas as informações que detém, bem como determine a aposentadoria compulsória do magistrado ou a sua disponibilidade, considerando a violação disciplinar”, destaca o documento.
Além disso, o parlamentar também apresentou um requerimento, ao Senado Federal, solicitando a convocação imediata do ministro para depoimento nas comissões de Direitos Humanos e de Transparência, Governança, Fiscalização e Controle e Defesa do Consumidor.
