Por 39 votos a 25 e uma abstenção, a Comissão de Constituição e Justiça (CCJ) da Câmara dos Deputados aprovou parecer, nesta quarta-feira (9), favorável à manutenção da prisão preventiva do deputado Chiquinho Brazão (sem partido-RJ), acusado pela Polícia Federal de ordenar o assassinato da vereadora Marielle Franco.
O relatório segue para o plenário, onde serão necessários 257 votos para que se preserve a prisão.
Confira como votou cada deputado da CCJ no relatório pela manutenção da prisão. O voto “não” é para revogar a prisão. O voto “sim”, para manter o deputado acusado de homicídio na cadeia.

De um lado, o Psol, partido de Marielle Franco, ressaltou os indícios de atuação direta de Brazão na obstrução das investigações, motivo de sua prisão preventiva, além de a decisão judicial apontar para a situação de flagrante continuado por parte do deputado. Do outro, o PL, de Jair Bolsonaro, acusou o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) de extrapolar os termos da imunidade parlamentar, não reconhecendo a possibilidade de prisão preventiva contra um congressista.
Além da bancada do PL, Chiquinho Brazão contou com o apoio de seu próprio grupo político, recebendo votos favoráveis de alguns de seus principais aliados no Rio de Janeiro, como Marcelo Crivella (Republicanos-RJ) e Dani Cunha (União-RJ). O União Brasil, seu partido de origem com oito assentos na comissão, garantiu seis votos pela sua soltura.
